Garnet red. Complex nose with aromas of plum, spices, red berries, dried rose and violet. On the palate it is straightforward, tasty, with prominent tannins well integrated into the structure of the wine. Good length and persistence with a fruit and spice aftertaste. An imposing wine for the whole meal, this wine is excellent with pasta dishes with meat sauce and with meat main courses.
Manual harvest, destemming, crushing, maceration with the skins for 10/12 days at a maximum temperature of 28°/30°, full malolactic fermentation before winter. Maturation in oak barrels for approximately one year.
Alcohol volume: 13-14 % vol.
