Siempre Tequila Plata is distilled from 100% blue weber agave grown in the Los Altos (Highland) and Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are harvested around 8 years after planting and slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens for around 3 days. Produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila, S.A. de C.V. (NOM 1438) by Master Tequilero Agustín Sánchez Rodríguez, it is double-distilled in stainless/copper pot stills and watered down to proof at 40% ABV using volcanic spring water.
