Peychaud was a mid-1800s New Orleans apothecary who created the bitters that inspire this aperitivo. Aromas of grapefruit zest, herb and glazed peel follow to flavours of tangy grapefruit, bitter orange, herb and cloves. The dry finish is pleasantly bitter.
