The Enmascarado, or 'Masked Hero', is a Silver Mezcal made using organic agave plants baked in an underground oven before the juice is double distilled in copper pot stills. Big citrus notes underpinned with smoking charcoal and salted toffee. On the palate, apple wood smoke, lime juice and salt crystals with lots of wood smoke, salted caramel and lime zest.
