This 100% Grüner Veltliner is made from organically grown grapes harvested from vineyards in Lower Austria. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

The creamy freshness of green pear on the nose also has a hint of lemon peel. The body is light but zesty, easy but bright, fruit-driven but also rather peppery. It is a lovely, light offering just made for a sunny evening.
