A fresh, fruity and aromatic flavour with hints of ripe red berries, pink grapefruit and redcurrant. The organic Negroamaro grapes are harvested by hand and later fermented in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Best served as an aperitif or accompanied by elegant seafood dishes, pasta and salads.
